Strategic Planning Session Don't forget next Saturday (January 28th) is the Council/Staff Strategic Planning Workshop. It will begin at 8 : 00 a.m. and end whenever we finish (probably around 6: 00 p.m. ) The first two hours will be used to finalize the Mounds View Pledge. I will need the statements from Council by Monday so Tim and I can organize them for Saturday's discussion. I know that Karl asked that each of us write three statements for each of the 10 words, but if everyone writes one statement for each word, I think we will have a solid base on which to build. Additional action steps that were accomplished that were not included in the Goal Plan 4 . 1995 Action Steps as outlined in the Plan 5. Additional 1995 Action Steps that are suggested to be accomplished (either new or forwarded to 1995 from 1994) 6. Lines for other 1995 Action Steps you may wish to take place 7. 1996 Action Steps as outlined in the Plan 8. Additional suggested Steps; and 9. Lines for other 1996 Action Steps Also included in the workbook is a page with possible goal topics and lines for additional goals.
