FINANCE <br /> • We made payment on our Revenue Note to Sysco on January 26. <br /> Outstanding balance on the Note is $344,793 . Original Note <br /> was for $534, 069. <br /> • The Department has recently prepared many reports requested <br /> by various State Agencies. They include: <br /> Adopted Budget Report <br /> Report of Outstanding Bonded Debt <br /> Survey of Sewer Use Data <br /> Report of Outstanding Tax Increment District Debt <br /> • Work continues on preparation of the Comprehensive Annual <br /> Financial Report and audit workpapers and schedules by all <br /> members of the Department. <br /> Don <br /> PUBLIC WORKS <br /> * On February 6, Thein Well started projects 95-1 and 95-2, <br /> (Wellhead Maintenance) . Bill Hanggi and Bill Hanson will be <br /> working closely with them on these projects. ie. <br /> inspections, questions, operation. <br /> * Tim Fredberg did a fire extinguisher inventory/survey around <br /> the shop and he identified and installed them, in the areas <br /> that were lacking in them. <br /> * Mark Andrescik has volunteered to be the "Public Works <br /> Hazardous Material" Coordinator. He will be attending a 3 <br /> day seminar March 15, 16 and 17. <br /> * The new backhoe was delivered February 6! Due to a water <br /> main break, February 8, we were able to try it out. The <br /> operators of the backhoe are very satisfied with its <br /> operations. Added reach and hydraulic capabilities, <br /> increase the production and safety. The water main break <br /> was at Spring Lake Road and Highway 10. Unfortunately it is <br /> under the road in 4-5 feet of frost. The crew investigated <br />
