STAFF REPORT <br /> PAGE TWO OF TWO <br /> MARCH 20, 1995 <br /> If the Council is desirous of participating in this proposal, the <br /> City could advance the $4, 000 from contingency, noting that the <br /> City would be repaid from the donations. <br /> The requested action from the Council will be to: <br /> 1. Authorize the plan to purchase a DARE vehicle, funded from <br /> community donations; and <br /> 2. Authorize a temporary loanof $4,000 from the Contingency <br /> fund to secure the vehicle. <br /> The attached Resolution has been prepared in the event Council is <br /> desirous of moving forward with this action at tonight's meeting. <br /> In that event, I would add this item to the agenda at the <br /> appropriate time during the meeting. <br />
