21. 3 Performance reviews will be prepared by each employees' <br /> supervisor. Appeals must follow normal City personnel <br /> rules. <br /> ARTICLE XXII. JOB CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM. <br /> 22.1 A 4 level job classification system designated as <br /> Levels A, B, C and D will be used to classify <br /> employees and establish wages. The requirements of <br /> the 4 Levels are as follows, <br /> 22 . 1. 1 Public Services Worker - Level A <br /> Requirements <br /> High School Diploma GED, or equivalent. <br /> Valid Minnesota Class C Driver's License. <br /> Successful completion of City's physical <br /> examination. <br /> Demonstrated ability to meet the physical <br /> demands ofthe job; including, but not limited <br /> to, lifting, bending, climbing, reaching <br /> overhead, pushing, and pulling with out <br /> restriction. <br /> Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and <br /> follow written and oral instructions <br /> including safety rules. <br /> Demonstrated ability to perform job <br /> responsibilities in climatic extremes. <br /> Demonstrated ability to perform routine <br /> repair and maintenance tasks in the following <br /> sections: Streets, Parks, Building <br /> Maintenance, Sewer, Water, & Vehicle <br /> Maintenance <br /> 22 . 1. 2 Public Services Worker - Level B <br /> Requirements <br /> Meet or exceed all Level A requirements; and <br /> Successful completion of one or more years <br /> of relevant experience. <br /> Possession of valid Minnesota Commercial <br /> Driver's license plus endorsements <br /> required by the CITY. <br /> 10 <br />
