* We all have been very busy with details such as pricing and ordering apparel, balls, tees, pencils, vending supplies, envelopes, letterhead, and preparing lessons and leagues information. Other forms of publicity and marketing are being pursued. Additional signs and information are also being looked into for feasibility. * Ads have been sent for publication in Sunday papers for seasonal employment. Application requests and interviews have been scheduled. Brus meets daily with persons who stop by inquiring about work. * Reservation systems including credit card arrangements, registration forms, endorsing stamps, forms and more forms are being formatted and prepared _ for printing. * Dumpsters and portable restroom have been ordered. * Ramsey County Health Inspectors met with staff to give recommendation for procedures of food sales. We were told that we need to tile the vending area of the clubhouse if food is to be microwaved and transported from there to tables. This is information different than what we received during Clubhouse design. Staff is communicating with Runyan/Vogal for assistance regarding this issue. * A P.O. Box has been secured from New Brighton Post Office. This is the only way to keep the "Mounds View" in the address. The Bridges address is : 8290 Coral Sea St., P.O. Box 120910, Mounds View, MN 55112. It will be a chore to go to the Post Office every day for mail, but at least for these first years it is important to have the address reflect Mounds View for identification purposes. Mary S. POLICE * Three vehicles were vandalized at Townsedge Trailer Pk. over the weekend. Apparently, someone using an ax, busted the windows of the three vehicles. * At Roberts Off Ten, three people were arrested in the parking lot for selling electronic equipment. We charged them with selling w/o a permit.
