Award 1994 retroactive insurance contribution increase from <br /> the 1993 amount of $300/month to 1994 arbitration award <br /> $310/month (same contribution amount given to non-union. <br /> Council approval of the above actions will allow personnel to <br /> receive their long-awaited 1994 compensation adjustments and assist <br /> payroll staff in the very labor-intensive special payroll process. <br /> Compensation adjustments for 1995 will be presented for discussion <br /> at the special Work Session prior to Monday night's regular Council <br /> meeting. <br /> Once the 1995 compensation amounts are determined by Council, the <br /> Contracts for Police and Public Works can be completed, and the <br /> Annual Compensation Resolution can be prepared for consideration at <br /> the April 10, 1995 Council meeting. <br /> Attached for your consideration is Resolution No. which will <br /> approve 1994 compensation and insurance contributions for Police <br /> Union and Public Works Bargaining Unit personnel. <br />
