Currently,distribution is done upon request only <br /> and approximately 50 are distributed per year. <br /> • With volunteers,reinvent the"Welcome Wagon"concept using the new resident Guide. <br /> • Upon notification of a new resident,through water hookup notices,send a welcome letter <br /> from the mayor and council. The letter can indicate that a new resident guide is <br /> available at City Hall if they are interested in more information regarding City services. <br /> • Distribute to the management of apartment complexes.
