The largest increase in traffic volume between 1997 and 2007 occurred on US <br />ighway 10 with a 225 percent increase in volume. Increases on I-35W ranged from 30 percent to 56 <br />percent. Other large volume increases were on Long Lake Road at Ardan Avenue (118%) and Long <br />Lake Road at Hillview Road (111%). Traffic volume changes on other county and local roads varied <br />greatly with some having decreases while others having increases. <br /> <br />The most recent (2007) average daily traffic volumes, from MnDOT, are shown in Figure 16 on page <br />6-19. <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />H
