Explore seeking financial assistance from public agencies for development projects that
provide affordable and life-cycle housing.

k. Explore participation in state and federal housing programs as a source for life cycle and
affordable housing.

Goal 2: Maintain and upgrade the existing housing stock of the City.

Policies:

a. Promote the rehabilitation and redevelopment of housing.

b. Use housing projects to promote economic development and tax base expansion.

c.
