April 13, 2009 Item No. 7J <br />Page 4 <br />It should be noted that since the MS4 permit is under the jurisdiction of the <br />MPCA and not Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD), the final LSWMP <br />submittal for approval of RCWD does not need to include the MS4 information on <br />the map. <br />For the submittal to RCWD on April 15th, only those specific pages of the Agency <br />Review Draft LSWMP on which they had comments need to be revised and <br />submitted. Therefore there will not be an extra printing cost for the large LSWMP <br />map for that submittal. <br />A hard copy of the bound, final approved LSWMP including the combined <br />LSWMP / MS4 map will be provided to RCWD for their file once the plan has <br />been printed and submitted to the Metropolitan Council. <br />Recommendation: <br />Resolution 7439 has been prepared to authorize Bonestroo to proceed with the <br />MS4 mapping work based on their proposal. The Resolution is included with this <br />Staff Report for consideration by the City Council.
