Resolution 7429, Accepting Donation from Bethlehem Baptist Church. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Mayor Flaherty recognized and thanked Bethlehem Baptist Church for its donation and indicated 8 <br />how it would be used. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Council Member Mueller extended her appreciation for the donation and commented on the 11 <br />landscaping along the County Road and gateway signs being promoted as an Eagle Scout project. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Council Member Stigney asked why the funding for the YMCA program is higher this year. 14 <br />Clerk-Administrator Ericson stated it is an after school program serving Edgewood Middle 15 <br />School children and but for this donation, the program would not exist. 16 <br /> 17 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Gunn. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 7429, 18 <br />Accepting Donation from Bethlehem Baptist Church. 19 <br /> 20 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 21 <br /> 22 <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS 23 <br /> 24 <br />Mayor Flaherty referenced Page 14 and asked about the payment schedule for the League. 25 <br />Finance Director Beer stated it is quarterly but this payment is for the first two quarters of 2009 26 <br />because they do not bill until the policy is issued. 27 <br /> 28 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Mueller.
