Finance 22 <br />Director Beer advised the fees have been paid. 23 <br /> 24 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Stigney. To Waive the Second Reading and Adopt Ordinance 25 <br />836, Authorizing a Vacation of a Sanitary Sewer Easement on the Mermaid Property, Located at 26 <br />2200 County Highway 10, and authorize publication of a summary as authorized by City Charter 27 <br />Section 3.07. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Mayor Flaherty asked what the City is giving up through this vacation. Community 30 <br />Development Director Roberts explained the rights afforded to the City through an easement to 31 <br />install utilities. However, with this easement the City never installed a sanitary sewer and has no 32 <br />intention to do so in the future. 33 <br /> 34 <br />ROLL CALL: Stigney/Hull/Mueller/Gunn/Flaherty. 35 <br /> 36 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 37 <br /> 38 <br />D. Resolution 7509, Approving an Agreement Renewal with Northwest Youth 39 <br />and Family Services. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Clerk-Administrator Ericson explained that Mounds View has partnered with Northwest Youth 42 <br />and Family Services (NYFS) for many years to provide services to benefit its residents and 43 <br />youth. He noted they have provided Mounds View with yearly reports detailing how they have 44 <br />substantially leveraged the City’s contribution to benefit its residents. Clerk-Administrator 45
