<br /> <br /> <br />Task IV – Administer the Survey <br /> <br />• Electronically disseminate the survey to the comparable organizations identified in Task III. <br />• Monitor survey responses received and contact organizations to encourage their participation. <br />• Review all survey responses. Compile and analyze the data received for each position. Compare <br />survey data to the City’s compensation data. <br /> <br />Task V –Assess the City’s Compensation Policy <br />• Review the City’s compensation policy, noting aspects of the policy which could inhibit the City’s <br />ability to attract and retain employees <br />• Identify revisions to the policy that could be considered by the City Council based upon standard <br />compensation policies and practices <br /> <br />Task VI –Present Survey Results and Findings <br /> <br />• Meet with the City Administrator and designated staff to review the survey results and preliminary <br />findings and recommendations. <br />• Present the survey results, preliminary findings and recommendations to the City Council <br /> <br />Compensation <br />We propose to complete this study in accordance with the scope of services detailed above for a lump sum of <br />$5,800, plus out-of-pocket expenses. This lump sum fee includes two meetings with the City Administrator and <br />designated staff and one meeting with the City Council. The estimated time to complete the work is 8-10 weeks <br />from the date we receive a notice to proceed with the project.
