City of Mounds View Page 6 <br />LSWMP Proposal June 19, 2008 <br />Deliverables: Deliverables will include the goals and policies and implementation <br />sections. <br />City Staff Responsibilities:Review and comment on these sections. <br />Task 6: Report Production <br />We propose two hard copies of the City Review Draft report for City staff review. To the <br />extent the City might want to distribute additional copies, we will provide an electronic <br />PDF version of the report. It will be identical to the hard copy submittal. <br />Following City review, we will prepare an Agency Review Draft report for submittal to <br />agencies review. We propose four hard copies of this draft – one to the watershed, one <br />to Metropolitan Council, and two for City staff. As with the previous draft, we will create <br />an appended PDF version of this draft for wider distribution, as the City sees fit. <br />Following agency review and comment, we will prepare a final report. We will provide 10 <br />hard copies of the final report and an electronic version. Each report will have several <br />figures (as described above) in 11” x 17” format or smaller. <br />This task includes the activities associated with the assembling and distributing the plans <br />described above. The printing costs for each plan will be billed to the City on a per unit <br />basis, separate from this task. <br />Deliverables:The plans as described above <br />Task 7: Review and Approval <br />We will address watershed comments through response letters and appropriate changes <br />to the LSWMP. Not knowing the extent of comments that the watershed will make on <br />the LSWMP, we cannot definitively price our services in responding to watershed <br />comments. For this reason we are proposing a $1,540 budget which would cover 10-15 <br />comments – a number of comments we consider reasonable. More extensive comments, <br />to the extent they require response, might require additional compensation beyond that <br />outlined here. <br />3. Modifications to the Scope of Services <br />Additions to Scope <br />If the City wishes to add to the Scope of Services beyond those identified above, written <br />direction and authorization shall be provided by the City prior to proceeding with the <br />work. All such additional work would be performed on an hourly basis, in accordance <br />with the current Professional Services Agreement between Bonestroo and the City. <br />Bonestroo will provide an estimated cost of any such additional work to the City for <br />consideration of whether or not to proceed with the additional work.
