PARKS, RECREATION AND FORESTRY
* ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS:
Steve has been working with Bacon Electric Company for estimates on
bringing the electrical boxes to the interior of the park buildings at
Hillview and Lambert Parks. Currently the circuit breakers are located
on telephone poles and the breakers are used liked on and off switches
which is an inappropriate use for breakers. In
addition, I have received a several telephone calls and a visit by a
resident complaining about persons dumping grass, cutting trees and dog
doo at Silver View Park. The Homeowners Association residents have
illegally been cutting brush and small trees along pond area in Silver
View Park. We know that names of those that have been cutting, but
because we have not caught them in the act, we have our hands tied. I
sent a letter signed by the Parks and Recreation Commissioners stating
