One
on each side of the existing tennis court in the overflow parking area
complying with all city and state regulations, and upon city approval,
for setback allowances.
Moundsview Mobile Home Park has 153 homes. According to the formula,
we have to provide a shelter measuring 12' x 96' (inside
measurements) . Two (2) shelters will be provided measuring 12' x 48'
(inside measurements) . This will equal the same footage.
With this compliance, we are asking the City Council to approve the
existing evacuation plan, excluding Edgewood. This plan will only be
effective until June 1st, 1995, then a new plan will take over along
with our new shelters located in Moundsview Mobile Home Park.
Sincerely,
/ 1 /
• . -onald John= •n
ARJ/ph
JOHNSON - WILSON BUILDERS COMPANY, INC.
4431 WEST MICHIGAN STREET • P.O.
