REQUEST FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION Agenda Section: 7
STAFF REPORT Report Number: 94-1188WS
AGENDA SESSION DATE June 6, 1994 Report Date: 6-2-94
DISPOSITION
Item Description: Discussion Regarding 'Possible Assessments Schedule
Administrator's Review/Recommendation:
- No comments to supplement this report Al
- Comments attached. Wir
Explanation/Summary (attach supplement sheets as necessary.)
SUMMARY;
As discussed May 2 , 1994 , Council Work Session, a schedule for possible
assessments of water, sewer, streets and storm sewer work should be
addressed. The Pleasantview Road reconstruction is progressing and a
public informational meeting will be scheduled in the near future.
Approximately $10, 000 worth of storm sewer improvements will be made in
the project. Staff is proposing that the SWM Fund and the residents
benefitting from the reconstruction split the cost 50/50.
Staff requests Council input and direction regarding this proposed
policy, considering it will affect future assessments.
zz
Michael Ulrich, Director of Public Works
RECOMMENDATION;
