15. The Clubhouse will begin 2-3 weeks later and anticipated completion is October. There is no hurry on the completion of the Clubhouse, but there is a dire need for the Maintenance building in August when groundskeeping activities will begin. Blaine is requiring the addition of an enclosure for the dumpster and insulation for the maintenance building for energy conservation. The added costs are approximately $1,022 for the insulation and $1,600 for the dumpster enclosure. Another requirement of Blaine is for curb and pavement of the parking lot. The bid provided by Veit is $31,505 which will be paid with the Construction Bond monies. This is a good price. * MWCC is approximately 1/2 done with portion of the golf course. Evidently the project is going along smoothly. * Irrigation is being laid, the practice range is almost completed with irrigation lines and heads. Kurt has made a few changes in the location of heads and lines. It's nice to have his expertise on site. Hole #9 tees are cut out and it is a "dilly" of a hole. Mary S. The Minnesota Government Finance Officers Association was hosting the Annual Conference, so there were a couple of days that I had to work the Conference.
