15. The Clubhouse will begin 2-3 weeks later and anticipated completion is October. <br /> There is no hurry on the completion of the Clubhouse, but there is a dire need for the <br /> Maintenance building in August when groundskeeping activities will begin. <br /> Blaine is requiring the addition of an enclosure for the dumpster and insulation for the <br /> maintenance building for energy conservation. The added costs are approximately $1,022 <br /> for the insulation and $1,600 for the dumpster enclosure. <br /> Another requirement of Blaine is for curb and pavement of the parking lot. The bid <br /> provided by Veit is $31,505 which will be paid with the Construction Bond monies. This <br /> is a good price. <br /> * MWCC is approximately 1/2 done with portion of the golf course. Evidently the project <br /> is going along smoothly. <br /> * Irrigation is being laid, the practice range is almost completed with irrigation lines and <br /> heads. Kurt has made a few changes in the location of heads and lines. It's nice to have <br /> his expertise on site. Hole #9 tees are cut out and it is a "dilly" of a hole. <br /> Mary S. <br /> FINANCE <br /> • I attended the Government Finance Officers Association Annual Conference at the <br /> Convention Center in Minneapolis Saturday June 4 through Wednesday June 8. The Sessions that I <br /> was able to attend, however, were very good.
