CITY REQUIREMENTS <br />Spring Lake Park Allows 3 dogs over the age of 6 months. If they want more than 3 dogs, then they <br />must apply for a kennel license. Kennel Licenses are approved by the City Council. <br />There were no provisions found in their City Code that require residents to acquire a <br />petition (signatures) from their neighbors. All dogs and cats are required to be <br />licensed. <br />St. Anthony The City allows no more than three (3) domestic animals are kept for any purpose. <br />More than three (3) domestic animals requires a kennel license. Kennel license <br />require City Council approval by Public Hearing. The resident requesting this <br />license is required to obtain petition signatures of property owners within 350 feet of <br />the resident’s parcel of land. <br />Woodbury The City of Woodbury allows 3 domesticated animals. Woodbury does not have a <br />Residential Kennel License provision in their Code. <br />
