Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution approving construction contracts <br />with NAC Mechanical and Electrical for $14,625.00 in order to replace the roof drain piping and insulation, <br />and with Trinity Environmental Specialists for $1,971.00 for mold remediation. Staff further recommends <br />a 10% contingency of $1,660 for quantity over-runs or additional work resulting from unknown conditions <br />discovered during construction. The total budget for roof drain piping and mold remediation is not to <br />exceed $18,256.00.
