<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8774 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING A THREE YEAR LABOR AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE PUBLIC WORKS BARGAINING GROUP EFFECTIVE <br />JANUARY 1, 2017 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2019 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the previously approved Labor Agreement with the Public Works <br />Bargaining Group expired at the end of 2016; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the Public Works Bargaining Group held a series of <br />negotiating sessions in an effort to ratify a new agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The City and the Public Works Bargaining Group reviewed and agreed <br />to certain revisions to the Labor Agreement as shown in the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View does hereby approve a revised three year Labor Agreement with the Public Works <br />Bargaining Group, effective January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2019. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 10th day of July, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Carol A Mueller, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
