City Staff is hereby directed to prepare a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Mounds <br />View and Wenck Associates for $9,959.00 <br /> <br />4. The Director of Public Works is authorized to make approvals related to quantity over-runs or <br />additional work resulting from unknown conditions discovered during the Limited Site Investigation up <br />to a combined total of $1,150.00 (10% contingency) on behalf of the City Council. <br /> <br />5. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed, for and on behalf of the City, <br />to execute and enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Wenck Associates for said work for <br />said price. <br /> <br />6. Funding for the project shall be from Public Works Building budget (480-4180-7050) in an amount not <br />to exceed $12,609.00, which includes the 10% contingency noted above. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 10th day of July, 2017 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Carol A.
