The majority of respondents indicated that their <br />preferred method of receiving information from Mounds View about plans for City projects was <br />by: email (68.6%), mail (42.9%), newsletter (20%), and City’s website (14.3%). <br /> <br /> <br />City Values <br />To measure the opinions of businesses towards perceived values of the City of Mounds View, we <br />have created box scores that combine both Best describes the value and Somewhat describes the <br />value together for a ranking. <br /> <br />RANK <br />1.
