The YMCA agrees to provide <br />property insurance for any YMCA owned equipment that is used while providing <br />services under this contract. <br /> <br />16.17. Provide supervision to oversee the day to day operations, including, but not limited to, <br />overseeing the marketing, scheduling, reservations for programs, parks, equipment, <br />ballfields, etc., and day to day operating procedures for the Rec Center and recreation <br />programming. <br /> <br />17.18. At least one YMCA representative shall be at the Rec Center whenever the Rec Center is <br />open to the general public or wherever a program or activity is taking place at the Rec <br />Center. The YMCA will be responsible for ensuring that the building is empty and <br />locked prior to leaving. However, if the Center is closed to the general public, but the <br />Banquet Facility is being used, the YMCA shall not be required to have a representative <br />at the Center and shall be responsible for locking only the gymnasium, offices and <br />meeting rooms; the manager of the Banquet Facility shall be responsible for locking the <br />Center after any such private event. <br /> <br />18. Oversee the custodial service at the Center and inform the City of any problems with the <br />custodial service or any additional custodial services that will be needed. In addition, <br />oversee the consumable supplies for the Center. <br /> <br />19. Oversee vending services for food and drinks at the Center. The YMCA can provide <br />input into vendors and products to be offered, but acknowledges that the City shall have <br />the right to enter into exclusive agreements for some or all of such products.Inform the <br />City of any problems with the custodial service or any additional custodial services that <br />are needed. <br /> <br />20.
