I have had difficulty getting hold <br /> of him because he has moved to a new law firm. I told him that we needed <br /> independent verification in the form of a letter from one of the contractors stating <br /> when the garage was built. He told me that he would provide us with such a letter. <br /> I explained to him that the matter was scheduled for the city council meeting of <br /> October 25. He indicated that he was leaving town today for a week and that he <br /> could not provide the letter by that time.
