Subd. C Conditional Use Permit <br />(l) ?uroc se. The curccse of a conditional use pera_t is <br />to provide the C'_tv cf Mounds View with a reasonable <br />degree of :. scretion in determining tie su:'ability <br />of certain desicnazed uses upon the general welfare, <br />nub'_ic health and safeti. <br />(;) Cn te_^:a for Granting Conditional use ?ermits. in <br />granting a conditional use pera_t, the City Council <br />shall consider the advise and recommendations of the <br />Planning Commission and the effect of the proposed <br />use on the Comprehensive Plan and upon the health, <br />safety and general welfare of occupants of <br />surrounding :ands. Among other things, the City <br />Council she'_'_ :hake the=ollowinofindings where <br />applicable: _ <br />The use will not create an excessive burden on <br />exist_n^y parks, schools, streets and other public <br />facil_ties and utilities which serve or are <br />proncsed to serve the area. <br />The use w;!' be sufficiently ccmcatible or <br />separated by distance or screening from adjacent <br />residentia:ly zoned or used land so that existing <br />:^.omes will not be depreciated in value and there <br />wil'_ be no deterrance to development of vacant <br />'and. <br />c.
