RESOLUTION NO. 4258 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AUTHORIZATION OF PURCHASE OF PLAIN PAPER FAX MACHINE <br /> WHEREAS, the City's existing thereto paper fax machine is 6 years <br /> old and has become obsolete making faxed messages difficult to read <br /> . - . . d <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has evaluated three plain paper fax machines, <br /> the Fujitsu dex720, the Canon L700 and the Panafax UF733, and they <br /> are all similar in price, features and per copy costs; and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff likes the Canon L700 because of its ease of use <br /> and superior technology and make. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Mounds View City Council <br /> authorize an expenditure not to exceed $2500 from account #100- <br /> 4190-703 for the purchase of Canon L700 plain paper fax machine. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of July, 1992 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> MAYOR <br /> (SEAL) <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
