<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7042 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION OF EXPENDITURES FOR OUT OF STATE TRAVEL <br />AND CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Purchasing Policy on March <br />25, 2002; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, according to said Policy, all out of state travel requires the <br />approval of the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 2007 General Fund Budget allocated $1,900 in account <br />100-4180-3630 for the community development director to attend the national <br />planning conference in Philadelphia in April of 2007. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View that the requested out of state travel and conference attendance <br />by the community development director is consistent with the adopted 2007 <br />General Fund Budget and is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of March 2007. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />____________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
