9-1-11 9-1-11 <br /> A) 19. Laboratories for scientific experiments. <br /> 20. Machine shops where not equipped with heavy punch presses, drop <br /> forges, screw machines, riveting machines or any other equipment which <br /> creates vibrations or noise sufficient to disturb occupants of adjoining <br /> property. <br /> 21. Printing, binding and publishing of periodicals, books and reading <br /> matter. <br /> 22. Printing of tags, forms, calendars and other products for commercial <br /> use. <br /> 23. Public utility stations and distribution centers, gas regulation centers, <br /> and underground gas holder stations. <br /> 24. Storage of household goods. <br /> 25. Storage of automobiles and sale of trailers, farm implements and other <br /> similar equipment on an open lot. <br /> 26. Storage warehouses. <br /> 27. Storage of flammable liquids, fats or oil in tanks, each of fifty thousand <br /> (50,000) gallons' or less capacity, but only after the location and protective <br /> measures have been approved by local governing officials. <br />(Itor 28. Stone, marble and granite grinding and cutting. <br /> 29. Tool and die shops. <br /> 30. Truck or bus storage yards, but not including truck terminals. <br /> 31. Upholstering. <br /> 32. The manufacture, compounding, assembly or treatment of article of <br /> merchandise from the following list of previously prepared materials: bone, <br /> cellophane, canvas, cloth, cork, feathers, felt, fiber, fur, glass, hair, horn, <br /> tanned leather, paper, plastic, precious or semi-precious metals or stones, <br /> shell, textile, wood (excluding planer mills) and yards. <br /> 33. The manufacture of pottery and figurines or any other similar ceramic <br /> products using only previously pulverized clay and kilns fired on by <br /> electricity or gas. <br /> 34. Any manufacturing establishment that can be operated without creating <br /> objectionable noise, odor, dust, smoke, gas, fumes or vapor that has a use <br /> compatible with the use and occupancy of adjoining properties. <br /> B. Height: No building or structure shall be erected or structurally altered to <br /> exceed a height of three (3) stories nor shall it exceed forty-five feet (45') <br /> in height except as provided in Section 9-1-5 of this Chapter. <br />
