Section IV of this ordinance <br /> sets out that the Council shall "establish rates for each property class" . <br /> For Council consideration, the proposed rates are: <br /> • RESIDENTIAL (includes single family homes, duplexes, fourplexes, <br /> condominiums and townhouses) $1.21/unit <br /> • APARTMENTS $4.82/acre <br /> • COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL $5.48/acre <br /> • INSTITUTIONAL/CHARITABLE $5.48/acre <br /> Section 11. 02 of the City Charter states that before any rates for <br /> municipal utilities be set by the Council, a public hearing shall be held <br /> and notice published in the official City newspaper at least 10 days prior <br /> to the date of the hearing. <br /> /74 0414 <br /> Tim Cruikshank, Management Assistant <br /> RECOMMENDATION; <br /> Set public hearing for 7 : 10 p.m. April 27, 1992 to consider Street Light <br /> Utility Rates. <br />
