JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS 5 <br /> 6 <br />Council Member Mueller asked about Certified Laboratories for graffiti removal not in response 7 <br />to a specific location. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Finance Director Beer explained it is for special supplies to remove graffiti but there was no 10 <br />location for it. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Council Member Mueller asked if the fire alarm service is for testing. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Finance Director Beer explained that it is for charging of fire extinguishers and annual testing. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Council Member Mueller asked about an item on Page 9, $4,120, prosecution services. She 17 <br />wanted to know if it is recovered in administrative fines when the litigation is completed. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Finance Director Beer indicated that, generally, the fees are high enough to cover prosecution 20 <br />costs. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Council Member Mueller said that it appears on Page 24 and 25 under the Xcel Energy billing 23 <br />that there is a bill for the community center for electric and gas and then there is another 24 <br />community center electric bill. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Finance Director Beer explained that there is more than one meter. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Council Member Mueller said that the electric bill was about $4,000 for the Community Center 29 <br />in June. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Finance Director Beer indicated that it was. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Mayor Marty asked if on Page 11, the Silver Lake Road project was for the easements. 34 <br /> 35 <br />City Attorney Riggs said that he believes it was. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Mayor Marty asked what the County Road I billing was for. 38 <br /> 39 <br />City Attorney Riggs indicated that is The Station and that will be reimbursed by them. 40 <br /> 41 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. To approve the Just and Correct Claims as Presented. 42 <br /> 43 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 44
