May 29, 2007 City Council Meeting Minutes 4 <br /> 5 <br />Mayor Marty requested the following change: On Page 2, third paragraph correct the spelling. 6 <br />Ericson indicated it was corrected further down and that one will be amended as well. 7 <br /> 8 <br />Council Member Mueller explained her change that she had submitted to Staff. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Council Member Mueller said that the last statements Mr. Ericson was going to check into it and 11 <br />report back so that should be added in. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Council Member Stigney said that he had submitted corrections. 14 <br /> 15 <br />Mayor Marty asked Staff to check on Page 3 the votes for the motion, and On Page 5, check who 16 <br />seconded the motion to table Resolution 7033. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Council Member Mueller explained that the motion was withdrawn later in the discussion. 19 <br /> 20 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Mueller. To Approve the May 29 , 2007 City Council meeting 21 <br />minutes as corrected. 22 <br /> 23 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 24 <br /> 25 <br /> B. June 11, 2007 Executive Session 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Hull. Reports of Mayor and Council 35 <br /> 36 <br />Mayor Marty said that he talked to Staff today about a watering ban due to the hot and dry 37 <br />weather. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Mayor Marty said that if the City violates its energy saving agreement with Xcel it will cost the 40 <br />City $20,000 so he would like to discuss this at the next work session. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Council Member Mueller thanked the residents for the calls and letters and said that she 43 <br />appreciated the input. 44 <br /> 45
