<br />Staff has solicited quotes for an annual service agreement to cover all HVAC <br />systems in city hall. No boiler tending was included in the quotes. <br /> <br />Staff received quotes from Trane Building Services and UHL Company, Inc. <br />Lakes Air Heating and Cooling was also contacted and were interested, but have <br />failed to submit a quote. The results of the quotes are as follows. <br /> <br />Trane Building Services $2,318.00 for year 1, $2,412.00 for year 2 and <br /> $2,508.00 for year 3 <br /> <br />UHL Company, Inc. $2,840.00 for year 1 <br /> <br />Lakes Air Heating and Cooling No quote submitted <br /> <br />Trane Building Services installed the current HVAC system at City Hall and is <br />therefore very familiar with the components and design. The contract that was <br />submitted by Trane Building Services is a three year contract. This contract has <br />been forwarded to the City legal counsel for review. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />It is recommended that the City Council adopt a resolution approving the service <br />agreement with Trane Building Services to provide annual HVAC maintenance <br />services for city hall.
