City of Chanhassen: “The City of Chanhassen does not directly regulate ultimate
<br />fighting. We would classify it as a recreational service and
<br />allow it in zoning districts in which the use is permitted.”

<br />City of Fridley: The City of Fridley does prohibit Ultimate Fighting, but only
<br />prohibits is under their Liquor Code. Attached is Ordinance
<br />1201. (attached as Exhibit A).

<br />City of Golden Valley:
<br />
<br />“The City of Golden Valley has no ordinance which specifically refers to ultimate
<br />fighting. The closest would be Section 10.60 which deals with disorderly conduct and
<br />specifically prohibits brawling or fighting. The following sections of the City Code are
<br />copied below: 10.60. Disorderly Conduct, Section 10.64 Disorderly House, Section
<br />10.61. Disorderly Conduct in or on School, Church or Public Buildings and Grounds,
<br />and Section 10.62 Disorderly Conduct - Additional Prohibited Acts.

<br />SECTION 10.60. DISORDERLY CONDUCT. It is unlawful for any person, in a public or
<br />private place, knowing, or having reasonable grounds to know, that it will, or will tend to,
<br />alarm, anger or disturb others or provoke any assault or breach of the peace, to do the
<br />following:
<br />
<br /> 1. Engage in brawling or fighting; or,
<br /> 2. Disturb an assembly or meeting, not unlawful in its character; or,
<br /> 3. Engage in offensive, obscene or abusive language or in boisterous
<br />and noisy conduct tending reasonably to arouse alarm, anger or
<br />resentment in others; or,
<br /> 4. Knowingly engage in, offer, or attempt to engage in, aid or assist
<br />another to engage in, or congregate because of: (a) lewd,
<br />lascivious or immoral conduct; or (b) the use of words which are
<br />slanderous and tend to injure the reputation of others, obscene, or
<br />personally abusive and inherently likely to provoke a violent
<br />reaction or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace; or,
<br />5. Whether or not posted with signs so prohibiting, voluntarily enter
<br />the waters of any river or public swimming pool at any time when
<br />said waters are not properly supervised by trained life-saving
<br />personnel in attendance for that purpose, or enter such waters
<br />without being garbed in a bathing suit sufficient to cover his or her
<br />person and equal to the standards generally adopted and accepted
<br />by the Public; or,
<br />6. Urinate or defecate in a place other than (a) if on public property
<br />then in a plumbing fixture provided for that purpose, or (b) if on the
<br />private property of another then in a plumbing fixture provided for
<br />that purpose, or (c) if on private property not owned or controlled by
<br />another, then within a building; or,
<br />7. Lurk, lie in wait, or be concealed in any building, yard or street with
<br />intent to commit any crime or misdemeanor; or,
<br />8. Knowingly exhibit, sell, print, publish, distribute, or offer to sell or
<br />distribute, an obscene book, magazine, picture, photograph, film, or
<br />any other writing, image or article which is obscene; or knowingly
