Resolution 6705 Authorizing the Purchase of Financial Software 19 <br /> 20 <br />Councilmember Flaherty stated the proposal indicates the price is not to exceed $63,613 but the 21 <br />actual quote from Tylerworks is $77,463. Finance Director Beer explained that figure is before 22 <br />the $13,000 reduction related to the City’s 40% discount plus a reduction for implementation. 23 <br />He reviewed the costs and stated the number is $63,613 when you include the travel costs. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Mayor Marty noted the costs are detailed within the Resolution. 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Stigney. To waive the reading and adopt Resolution 6705 28 <br />Authorizing the Purchase of Financial Software. 29 <br /> 30 <br /> Ayes-4 Nays-0 Motion carried. 31 <br /> 32 <br /> E. Resolution 6716 Authorizing the Preparation of a Preliminary Feasibility 33 <br />Report and the Selection of a Consultant for the County Road 10 Trailway, 34 <br />Lighting, and Landscape Project 35 <br /> 36 <br />Mayor Marty stated this item was acted on under the Consent Agenda but he had a question. He 37 <br />stated he had mentioned before that Congressman Oberstar got federal funds for trailways. He 38 <br />asked if staff considered contacting Ramsey County Parks and Trails about possible assistance. 39 <br />Community Development Director Ericson advised that Public Works Director Lee is looking 40 <br />into those options and staff will advise the Council if the City can take advantage of other 41 <br />funding opportunities. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Councilmember Gunn stated she thinks there are some restrictions on the funds secured by 44 <br />Congressman Oberstar and it was to be used in a specific area, perhaps the Shoreview area. 45
