Resolution 6725 Authorizing Execution of an Easement Agreement with 10
Medtronic, Inc. 11
12
Community Development Director Ericson explained that when the City closed on the land sale 13
to Medtronic, there was a limited Use Agreement that would allow the fire access road to cross 14
over the City’s land as well as allow use of the existing trail as a tie-in with the trails on the 15
Medtronic parcel.
