Agreement Between NMCC and CPI Page 3 - Draft brief summaries of key meetings/hearings as appropriate - Maintain an ongoing checklist of open issues and con- cerns expressed by Members and their staff regarding federal funding strategy and the Coalition proposal - Follow up on meetings with Members and staff to ensure that earmarking issues and information needs are adequately addressed. d. KEY PERSONNEL. Kenneth W. Butler, Senior Principal, will have lead responsibility for the 610/10 project and primary contact with the Coalition. Jeff Spartz, President of Northern Cross, will coordinate local activities with the Coalition members . Other CPI consultants will assist as appropriate. 4. TERM OF AGREEMENT. This term covered by this Agreement is divided into three phases: a. Phase 1 : April 15, 1991 to July 14, 1991 b. Phase 2 : July 15, 1991 to October 14, 1991 c. Phase 3: October 15, 1991 to December 14, 1991 The Coalition retains the sole right to terminate this Agree- ment at the end of Phase 1 or 2 by giving written notice to CPI. Said notice shall indicate that the Coalition elects to terminate the agreement at the end of Phase 1 or 2 (July 14 or October 14, 1991) . The Coalition will have no further obligation to CPI under this Agreement, except for reimburse- ment of CPI expenses incurred prior to receipt of the written notification.
