<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval for replacing the totaled <br />2004 Ford Crown Victoria police interceptor squad with a 2006 Ford Crown <br />Victoria police interceptor squad car purchased through Superior Ford who has <br />an in-stock squad car available. This replacement squad car would be funded <br />from the settlement money from progressive insurance along with approximately <br />$11,000 from the vehicle and equipment fund.
