CONSENT AGENDA 9 <br /> 10 <br />Mayor Marty asked to remove Item B. 11 <br /> 12 <br />A. Licenses for Approval 13 <br />B. Resolution 6926 Establishing a No Parking Zone on Spring Lake Road 14 <br />C. Resolution 6920 Approving a Contract Award for the Repair Drainage Area 15 <br />Within Lambert Park 16 <br /> 17 <br />MOTION/SECOND: THOMAS/GUNN. To Approve the Consent Agenda as amended. 18 <br /> 19 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 20 <br /> 21 <br />B. Resolution 6926 Establishing a No Parking Zone on Spring Lake Road 22 <br /> 23 <br />Mayor Marty stated that the Staff report said the east side of the road was being damaged and the 24 <br />resolution states that the west side of the road will not allow parking. Director Lee stated that the 25 <br />west side was being damaged and the resolution is correct. 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND: MARTY/STIGNEY. To waive the reading and adopt Resolution 6926 28 <br />Establishing a No Parking Zone on Spring Lake Road. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 31 <br /> 32 <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS 33 <br /> 34 <br />Councilmember Flaherty asked about the check to Hawkins, Inc for $2691 for chemicals. 35 <br />Director Lee stated it is for mainly Chlorine, but also includes other chemicals for water 36 <br />treatment coming out of the water treatment fund. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Councilmember Thomas asked about the payment to the Met Council and if it was for the whole 39 <br />year. Finance Director Beer replied that it was for one month and added the payment would drop 40 <br />another $188 a month. 41 <br /> 42 <br />MOTION/SECOND: FLAHERTY/GUNN. To approve the Just and Correct Claims as 43 <br />presented. 44 <br /> 45
