The plan is to begin construc- <br /> tion this fall, with future construction to occur <br /> in 1993. <br /> Mayor Hankner noted the Council had reviewed the request <br /> at their last agenda session. He reviewed for Conditional <br /> a sketch of the property and improvements being made. Use Permit for <br /> Richard Oman, the applicant, explained why they Accessory <br /> once had considered splitting the lot but then chose Building Square <br /> not to, due to the cost involved.
