6 . 37 <br /> • <br /> 6 . 37 MISCELLANEOUS REGULATIONS . <br /> Subdivision 1. Travel Expenses. On municipal business <br /> an employee will be reimbursed for his travel expenses . In order <br /> to receive such reimbursement, the employee shall immediately upon <br /> return to work, fill out the appropriate claim form and submit it <br /> to the Clerk-Administrator. <br /> Subdivision 2 . Car Expenses. An employee authorized to <br /> use his personal automobile on municipal business shall be <br /> reimbursed at a rate to be established from time to time by the <br /> City Council. Claims for mileage shall designate date of travel, <br /> purpose of travel, and miles traveled. (240) <br /> Subdivision 3 . Uniforms . When uniforms are provided <br /> they shall be paid for by the Municipality. <br /> Subdivision 4 . Municipal Tools and Equipment. <br /> ( 1) Municipal tools and equipment shall not be used for <br /> anything other than municipal purposes unless approved by the <br /> Clerk-Administrator. <br /> (2) Municipal tools charged out to any employee upon a <br /> written receipt which are lost or broken through misuse of the • <br /> employee shall be replaced by the Municipality at the employee's <br /> expense. <br /> Subdivision 5 . Health and Life Insurance. All regular <br /> full-time employees may be covered by a group health and life <br /> insurance plan as approved from time to time by the City Council. <br /> A portion of the monthly premium costs of such insurance plan may <br /> be paid by the Municipality, such portion to be established from <br /> time to time by the City Council. The balance of the premium costs <br /> shall be paid by the employee. (240) <br /> Subdivision 6 . Work Day and Work Week. <br /> ( 1) The normal work day for regular municipal employees <br /> shall be eight hours, however, a department head with the approval <br /> of the Clerk-Administrator may allow an employee to deviate from <br /> that on an irregular basis as workloads demand. <br /> (2) The normal work week for regular municipal employees <br /> shall be seven days, Saturday through Friday. <br /> Subdivision 7 . Conflict of Interest. It is expected <br /> that every employee shall exercise good judgement in avoiding <br /> • <br />
