Staff has not reviewed the report. <br /> <br />The schedule for this project over the next two months is as follows: <br /> November 6, 2006 Council reviews draft Feasibility Report at Work Session <br /> <br />November 7, 2006 Notice of the Neighborhood Meeting along with a summary <br />Draft feasibility report to be sent out to property owners <br />(include information on the Public Hearing – scheduled for <br />12/11/2006) <br /> <br />November 8, 2006 Public Improvement Hearing is prepared (includes: time, <br />place, general nature of improvement, estimated cost and <br />the area proposed to be assessed) <br /> <br />November 13, 2006 City Council sets Public Improvement Hearing Date of <br />December 11, 2006 <br /> <br />November 17, 2006 Public Improvement Hearing Notice is sent to property <br />owners <br /> <br />November 17, 2006 Public Improvement Hearing Notice is sent to newspaper to <br />be published on November 22nd and November 29th <br /> <br />November 21, 2006 Neighborhood Meeting held at City Hall <br /> <br />November 22, 2006 Public Improvement Hearing Notice is published in the <br />newspaper (first publication) <br /> <br />November 27, 2006 Staff report summarizing the Neighborhood Meeting. Review <br />/ discuss comments and issues from Neighborhood Meeting <br /> <br />November 29, 2006 Public Improvement Hearing Notice is published in the <br />newspaper (second publication) <br /> <br />December 5, 2006 BRAA to submit FINAL feasibility reports (25 copies). <br /> <br />December 11, 2006 Public Improvement Hearing is held, present FINAL <br />Feasibility Report.
