Catter stated they would like to proceed with <br /> their project for a mini-storage facility, and they <br /> are more than willing to work with the City and the <br /> new property owners. He added that he was also led <br /> to believe they would have a public road , and they <br /> want to move forward on that basis . <br /> Chairman Mountin stated she feels a commitment to <br /> Rosewood Corporation and pointed out that the Planning <br /> Commission has been conceptually in agreement with this <br /> development, on this site, and the developer should not <br /> hold off. <br /> Director Thatcher suggested the Planning Commission <br /> could make this approval contingent upon an agreement <br /> with the property owner on the location of the access <br /> road. <br /> Mr. Hilger stated that if the Planning Commission does <br /> go ahead and approve the resolution, they would like to <br /> meet with Nielsen Realty and the City before going <br /> before the City Council . He stated they would like to <br /> move forward at this time , and he also inquired whether <br /> 110 ey could be allowed to put a septic tank in until full <br /> rvices were available. <br /> Chairman Mountin responded that no septic tanks are <br /> allowed . <br /> The Planning Commission entered into a very lengthy <br /> discussion concerning the proposed resolution and <br /> the recommendation they would make to the Council . <br /> Numerous changes were made to the proposed resolution, <br /> and a resolution drafted for amending the Municipal <br /> Code by amending Chapter 40 , Zoning. <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Forslund to adopt Resolution <br /> No . 155-86, recommending approval of amending Chapter <br /> 40, entitled , "Zoning" . <br /> 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Motion/Second: Forslund/Zollner to adopt Resolution <br /> No . 159-86, recommending to the City Council approval <br /> of Mounds View Planning Case No. 162-84, Rosewood <br /> Corporation. <br /> 4 ayes 0 nayes Motion Carried <br /> 1111 <br />
