He <br /> reviewed proposed Resolution No. 163-86. <br /> Mr. Evans reviewed the proposed lighting for the property. <br /> Chairman Mountin advised that the site plan should show <br /> the lighting. <br /> Mr. Evans explained the operation of the business, and <br /> stated that the trucks are stored inside the building <br /> at night, at which time they are loaded, and they are <br /> out making deliveries during the day. He added that <br /> all garbage would be stored inside the building, and <br /> noise would be very minimal, with none at night. <br /> Director Thatcher explained a sprinkling system would be <br /> required, under Appendix E of the State Building Code. <br /> Motion/Second: Miller/Forslund to adopt Resolution <br /> No. 163-86 regarding Mounds View Planning Case No. <br /> 111V92-86, for Specialized Concrete Products Manufacturing. <br /> 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Director Thatcher stated this item would be placed on <br /> the Council agenda once all the loose ends and <br /> cleared up. <br /> Director Thatcher reviewed proposed Resolution No. 6 . George R. Grone, <br /> 164-86. 8430 Knollwood Dr. <br /> Case 190-86 <br /> Mr. Grone stated there is no problem with water on <br /> his property, and he did not want to have the <br /> expense of installing the concrete pipe to provide <br /> drainage on the property. <br /> Mrs. Grone stated their property is higher than any <br /> of the surrounding property. <br /> Director Thatcher explained that some type of <br /> positive outlet is needed for this area, and that <br /> once the land is fully developed, the water <br /> situation could be entirely different than it is <br /> today. He added they have had a similar problem <br /> Illpfn other areas of the City. <br /> Chairman Mountin suggested a land survey could be <br /> done by someone hired by Mr. Grone.
