Due to a <br /> concern raised by the Planning Commission at <br /> the May 15th meeting, Acting Director Pruitt <br /> noted the applicants showed the drainage/utility <br /> easement on a revised site plan. <br /> Acting Director Pruitt reviewed Resolution No. <br /> 451-96 that was drafted with the following <br /> contingencies: 1) the conditional use permit <br /> shall be recorded with Ramsey County within <br /> sixty (60) days of City Council approval, and a <br /> receipt of such recording shall be provided to <br /> • the City; 2) the building shall be designed and <br /> maintained to provide a uniform building <br /> appearance with the dwelling unit; and 3) <br /> should the use change for what the permit was <br /> granted for, the permit shall become null and <br /> void. <br /> Acting Director Pruitt added that the land <br /> purchase by the Clochies' is contingent upon <br /> approval of their conditional use permit request. <br /> Motion/Second: Peterson/Miller to approve <br /> Resolution No. 451-96 recommending approval <br /> of the conditional use permit request by Curt <br /> and Amy Clochie', 8100 Groveland Road. <br /> 6 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Acting Director Pruitt noted that the applicants <br /> were informed that the public hearing regarding <br /> this item would be held on June 24th. <br /> • <br />
