• Mounds View Planning Commission . April 15, 1998 <br /> Special Meeting Page 14 <br /> b. Enter into a development agreement with the City. <br /> c. Coordinate with City staff to resolve the parking requirement inconsistency <br /> either by obtaining a variance or conditional use permit for the reduced <br /> parking ratios. <br /> d. Arrange to combine Lots 2 and 3,Block 1 of the North Star Industrial Park <br /> 2nd Addition with Ramsey County and provide proof of such application to <br /> the City. <br /> e. Arrange to have recorded with Ramsey County the drainage and utility <br /> easement document for the wetland area as indicated on the revised site <br /> plan dated 4/8/98, and provide proof of such recordation to the City. <br /> 2. Approval of this development review shall be contingent upon the adoption of <br /> Ordinance 615, and ordinance vacating a portion of a drainage and utility easement <br /> over and across Lots 2 and 3. <br /> Chairperson Peterson asked the applicant to make their presentation. <br /> • Grady Kinghorn, Bridges Leasing Company, LLC, declined to make a presentation but <br /> offered to answer any questions that staff or the Commission had. <br /> Motion/Second: Stevenson/Brasaemle to approve Resolution No. 542-98, a resolution <br /> recommending approval by the City Council of a Development Review for the expansion of the <br /> Bridges Technology Park, 8400 Coral Sea Street; Planning Case No. 514-98, with stipulations. <br /> Ayes - 6 Nays - 0 <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Associate Ericson recommended that the applicant return to the next Planning <br /> Commission meeting to apply for the variance or conditional use permit to allow for the <br /> parking ratios as shown on the site plan. <br /> Commissioner Stevenson suggested having more facts present in regards to the shared <br /> parking with Phase I of the project. <br /> 11. <br /> • Planning Case No.517-98 <br /> 2430 Highway 10(O'Neil Property) <br /> Applicant: AP Mounds View Limited Partnership (Anthony Properties) <br />
