(ST. LOUIS PARK CONTINUED) <br /> • 2. A minimum of 50% of the vehicles for sale on the premises must be new <br /> vehicles. <br /> 3. All open sales or rental lots must be operated in conjunction with a <br /> building or buildings containing the same or similar materials as displayed <br /> on the open sales or rental lot. <br /> 4. The building and the sales or rental lot must be on one contiguous site. <br /> 5. All parking and paved areas must meet all of the landscaping and design <br /> requirements of the Code. <br /> 6. String lighting is prohibited. <br /> 7. The area of open sales or rental lot used for storage and display of <br /> merchandise.can not exceed 2 sq. ft. for every 1 sq. ft. of building on the <br /> site devoted to the same or a similar use or accessory use. <br /> 8. No test driving is permitted on local residential streets. <br /> 9. No outdoor public address system is permitted. <br /> 10. All customer and employee parking must be clearly designated and signed. <br /> 11. No motor vehicle transport loading or unloading is permitted on any <br /> minor residential street. <br /> 12. No display or storage of motor vehicles is permitted on any public right <br /> of way. . <br /> 13. A Bufferyard "C" must be provided along all public ways and along all <br /> property lines of an abutting "0" Use District. <br /> • 14. A Bufferyard "F" must be installed and maintained along all property lines <br /> of an abutting "R" Use District. <br /> 15.
