New car sales enclosed allowed <br /> by permitted use; all outdoor sales by Conditional Use Permit. The City has no <br /> performance standards specific to auto sales. <br /> 100 foot lot width, 30 foot front yard set-back, 20 foot interior lot, 3-foot <br /> corner lot, 30 foot rear yard set back. Setbacks abutting "E" or "R" districts: 75 <br /> feet. <br /> 35 foot height limitations.
