It has asked that you prepare <br /> a report incorporating your findings for submission to the Council. Finally, <br /> you were invited by the Council to submit drafts of any zoning ordinance <br /> changes which you determined would be appropriate to regulate these uses in <br /> cur community. . If you find that same problems or impacts created by adult <br /> entertainment uses cannot be addressed through zoning ordinance changes, you <br /> should separately identify those problems for the Council's future <br /> consideration. Subject to the legal limitations and considerations outlined <br /> in this report you are free to determine hew you wish to proceed to fulfill <br /> that Objectives. The staff of the Planning Commission and the City Attorney's <br /> Office stands prepared to assist you in any way possible in responsibly <br /> addressing this project. <br /> • <br /> •• <br />
