• 8. Adult hotel or motel means a hotel or motel wherein material is presented <br /> which is distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on matter <br /> depicting, describing or relating to specified sexual activities or <br /> specified anatomical areas. <br /> 9. .Adult massage parlor means a place where specified anatomical areas of one <br /> person are touched by rubbing, stroking, kneading or tapping by another <br /> . person, who is an employee, accompanied by the display or exposure of <br /> specified anatomical areas, but not including health care facilities, <br /> licensed physicians or nurses engaged in the practice of their <br /> professions, establishments registered under Chapter 480, Florida <br /> Statutes, educational athletic facilities if the massage is a normal and <br /> usual practice in such facilities, and health clubs and athletic • <br /> societies. If the massage is incidental to or a normal part of the health <br /> and athletic activities thereof, except where sexual intercourse takes <br /> place. <br /> • 10. Adult mini-motion picture theatre means an enclosed building with a <br /> capacity of less than fifty persons used for presenting material <br /> distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on material depicting, <br /> describing or relating to "specified se ml activities" or "specified • - <br /> anatcmical areas" (as defined below) for observation by patrons therein. <br /> 11. Adult modeling studio means an establishment whose major business is- the <br /> • provision, to customers, or figure models who are so provided with the <br /> intent of providing sexual stimulation or sexual gratification to such <br /> customers and who engage in specified sexual activities or display <br /> specified anatomical areas which being observed, painted, painted upon, <br /> - sketched, drawn, sculptured, photographed, or otherwise depicted by such <br /> customers. <br /> 12. Adult motion picture arcade means any place to which the public is <br /> permitted or invited wherein coin or slug-operated or electronically, <br /> electrically or mechanically controlled still or motion picture machines, <br /> projectors or other image-producing devices are maintained to show images <br /> to five or fewer persons per machine at any one time, and where the images <br /> so displayed are distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on <br /> depicting or describing specified sexual activities or specified <br /> anatomical areas. <br /> 13. Adult motion picture theater means an enclosed building, or a portion or <br /> part of an enclosed building, cr an cpen-aire theater designed to permit <br /> viewing by patrons seated in automobiles, used for presenting on a regular <br /> basis film material which has as its primary or dominant theme matters <br /> depicting, illustrating cr relating to specified sexual activities for <br /> observation by adult patrons thereof, and includes and hotel or motel, <br /> boarding house, roaring house or other lodging for transient customers <br /> which advertises the presentation of such film material. <br /> • 14. Adult novelty business means a business which has as a principal activity <br /> the sale of devices• of simulated human genitals or devices designed for <br /> sexual stimulation. <br /> I <br />
